This HETAS refresher course is available to any person who has previously completed the H003DS course. This course is suitable for HETAS registrants who wish to maintain registration and are required to complete refresher training every 5 years. Refresher training is a mandatory requirement for all competent person schemes.

NB: The refresher course can only be sat within 12 months of registration course expiration.

Course Content:
Day 1 is classroom-based, reviewing changes in legislation and standards, as well as the Building Regulations, calculations concerning air and flue requirements, etc.

Day 2 consists of the practical and theory open book assessments.

On successful completion, the candidate claims HETAS certification.

NB If the candidate is unsuccessful in the refresher course, the full H003DS course must be undertaken – the cost of this is currently £774 +VAT.

H003 refresher training is available to any person who has previously completed an H003DS course (or older equivalent) and registered with the HETAS Competent Persons Scheme (CPS) with current valid registration.
